Quelles sont les exigences concernant les carnets de bord pour les pilotes et les appareils ?

Pour la catégorie Open, il n'y a plus d'exigences en matière de carnets de vol. Cependant, il est fortement recommandé d'en maintenir un pour enregistrer les heures de vol de votre UAS (Système Aérien Sans Pilote). Ces données s'avèreront précieuses pour assurer la maintenance de votre UAS.

En revanche, pour la catégorie Specific, l'exploitant est tenu de détenir et de tenir à jour un registre contenant les informations relatives aux opérations des UAS. La manière la plus simple de s'y conformer est d'utiliser un carnet de route (logbook), qu'il soit sous forme papier ou électronique.

Le manuel d'exploitation doit être élaboré en suivant ce modèle. Afin de voler conformément aux dispositions du règlement européen, votre ancien manuel devra donc être mis à jour et remplacé (01/01/2024).

  • Rédiger un manuel d'exploitation conforme aux exigences du scénario standard belge.
  • Déclarer vos opérations à la DGTA via le Drone Portal.
  • Disposer d'une confirmation de réception et d'exhaustivité (accusé de réception) envoyée électroniquement par la DGTA après le dépôt de votre déclaration.

Il est impératif de souscrire une assurance responsabilité civile (RC) adéquate couvrant les dommages éventuels que vous pourriez causer à des tiers lors du vol de votre drone.
