THE QFOR CERTIFICATION

The Qfor certification aims to attest to the quality of the process implemented to guarantee the effectiveness of activities in training, counseling, and skill development.

We have demonstrated the following quality criteria:

Following our audit, we successfully obtained the Qfor certificate, thus demonstrating our quality in both inter- and intra-company training.

 

1. Transparency in communicating information about the training offered, including access deadlines;

2. Clear definition of training objectives and their adaptation to the needs of beneficiaries;

3. Customization of training and support processes, including reception, guidance, and evaluation, based on the beneficiaries' needs;

4. Appropriateness of pedagogical, technical, and supervisory resources to the training offered;

5. Continuous development of the skills of personnel responsible for providing training.
